The WiG Diversity & Employee Wellbeing Awards highlight positive changes in the gaming industry and recognize and reward individuals and organizations for their exceptional dedication to improving equality, diversity and inclusion.

The Industry Achiever Award is presented to an influential woman in the industry who has made a significant contribution to the success of her organization, demonstrated dedication and commitment, and influenced the development of the gaming industry.

She was involved in the early stages of the PGRI Women’s Lottery Leadership Initiative (WILL) and has shared her wealth of knowledge in numerous speaking engagements and conferences over the years. Additionally, as a participant in the WILL Mentorship Program, Jennifer took the opportunity to support the development of a new lottery employee with her ideas and learnings. Her induction into the Public Gaming Research Institute (PGRI) Lottery Hall of Fame in 2012 is proof of the very high regard she is held within the industry.

Jennifer is a strong advocate for diversity within our company and industry and has led the way in creating a diverse group of sales and marketing professionals, with an executive team made up of 69% women.
